 Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. This includes punctuality, a positive attitude, and a respectful demeanor towards clients and colleagues alike. Professionalism also extends to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your workspace. 

 Expertise and Skill: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry. Your ability to provide high-quality services depends on your ongoing education and practice. Whether it’s mastering a new haircut, color technique, or styling method, continuous improvement is crucial. 

Creativity: Bring your creative flair to every appointment. Clients come to you not just for a service, but for a transformation. Use your creativity to help them achieve the look they desire while also suggesting new styles that might suit them.

Communication: Effective communication is key. Clearly explain the processes, products, and techniques you are using. Be honest about what is achievable and manage expectations realistically. Good communication also involves seeking and incorporating feedback to improve the client experience.

What You Can Expect from Vintage Beauty Salon 

 Not your modern salon; history meets contemporary beauty. Nestled in a charming 120-year-old building, our salon offers a unique ambiance that blends vintage charm with modern sophistication. As you step through our doors, you'll be greeted by the warmth of original woodwork, limestone walls, and an atmosphere that tells tales of a bygone era. 

Photo & Video; We have several lovely indoor and outdoor environments that are ideal for capturing beautiful guest photos.

Education; Our goal is to incorporate a wide range of salon education, covering cutting classes and the most up-to-date color techniques. As well as social media classes to improve the way we show up. 

 
Products; We utilize top-quality color and lightening products from Schwarzkopf, Wella, and Tutto, along with premium retail and backbar  from Davines and Amica.

Events; We organize a yearly event named Pink Pumpkins for the Cure, aimed at fundraising for a local organization that supports women in the community battling breast cancer.

Flexibility of your schedule; We offer you the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits you best. If mornings aren't your thing, that's not an issue. Prefer Mondays over Fridays? We can accommodate that too. 

PTO; We provide paid time off as a benefit to team members after one year of employment.

Commission starts at 40% sliding scale
