Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment or reschedule without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We have other guests that would love the opportunity for those appointments.

*Please notify us if you are running behind. More than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment. (Late charges may apply)

*Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointment results in 50% charge of the service fee

*No call/No show/Missed appointment results in up to 100% charge of scheduled fee of service

We understand that emergencies of life can arise & with those rare occasion, we will handle these on a case-by-case scenario.

Vintage Beauty Salon has a luxury treatment room to host our skin care guests.

 In order to ensure these guests relaxation & safety (eye services) , we request that no unattended children under the age of 12 be allowed in the salon. 

Children receiving services must be supervised at all times. 

If tablets are brought for childrens entertainment please bring headphones as to not disturb other clients.

We are happy to make any adjustments to your color or haircut at no charge within 7 days of your original appointment.

 We do not offer refunds without the opportunity to make any adjustments.
